Club Sports apply for funding once a fiscal year, usually in the month of April. As the spring approaches, look out for emails from SGA and the Club Sports Office for those details. Groups that are recognized by the Department of Recreation & Wellness ARE NOT eligible to apply on regular club deadlines, which occur three times a semester.
Club Sports should reapply for SGA-Recognition in the spring after new officer elections. However, if your Terplink profile has not been updated to reflect your team's CURRENT President and/or Treasurer, please do so. If you are receiving emails from SGA and you are no longer the President/Treasurer/main contact of your Club Sports team, it is because your group's profile needs to be updated.
Mandatory Budget Training There will be two budget workshops held on 4/12 and 4/13 at 7 p.m. on zoom @https://umd.zoom.us/j/4313422041 ***You must be in attendance at one of these two workshops to become a budget certified officer and eligible to submit budgets on behalf of your club sports organization.
Office Hours Friday April 14th: 2 PM-5 PM in club sports office
Application & Deadline You can find the application on Terplink under the Forms tab. Submissions are due on Terplink on April 20th, 2023 at 5 p.m.
