Manual on Financial Affairs & Discretionary Guidelines - April 2017
Discretionary Guidelines Discretionary Guidelines are policies created by the Committee on Financial Affairs in order to more fairly and equitably decide how programs will or will not be funded. All of these guidelines can now be found in the Manual on Financial Affairs, either listed in full or listed in the Line Item and Documentation section.
All Guidelines that have been enacted up to Spring 2017 have been consolidated into the Manual, found above.
The Committee will create new Guidelines during each Deliberation Process as necessary, and apply them immediately.
Future guidelines may be created that can alter or replace an already-existing one at any time.
